Meeting spaces are available for small gatherings and large conferences, with our largest venue seating up to 500 guests. All of our group retreat packages include a private meeting space for your event, which our Guest Services team will set up prior to your arrival according to your specifications. We also include the use of our A/V equipment, all at no extra charge.

Auditorium

The Auditorium is the largest meeting space at The Crossing Retreat Center, able to seat up to 500 guests. The front of the room offers a stage with a large display screen behind it for visuals and dark backdrop for a sleek look. This space was recently renovated with new paint, carpet, and chairs. It also features state of the art audio/visual/lighting equipment! This meeting space offers a welcoming foyer, two restrooms, and a loading bay for equipment. The foyer is a perfect spot for registration, able to hold three 8-foot tables. There are three classrooms in this building as well, detailed below.

Classroom 1 is located at the front of the Auditorium near the stage making it perfect for a Green Room space. It offers a kitchenette and is currently set with couches and chairs for the lounge feel. Classrooms 2 and 3 can be set in table/chair configurations. These rooms are a great option for a camp office, event registration, store, nursery, or breakout room.

Sports Complex A

Sports Complex A is home to our indoor gymnasium. However, it can be converted to a meeting space if needed. This space features 800 square feet of room and is equipped with a 70 inch TV.

These classrooms are located upstairs in the Sports Complex. Each room can hold up to 40 guests. A/V equipment includes a 70 inch TV in each room.
Sports Complex B

Activity Center
Max Capacity: 80-120
Seating Styles: Rows, Conference, Classroom, Rounds
The Activity Center's middle area can hold 80 guests in rows, with an additional capacity of 40 around the outside of the room. This outlying space contains cafe style seating and activities. There is a stage and 2 wall-mounted TVs located on either side of the stage.
The Activity Center Snack Bar is also located within this space and can be scheduled to be open by groups.

Chapel

The Chapel has three meeting spaces which hold about 30-75 guests. Each room has an exterior door for access, but all three can be accessed inside, as well.
- A (75) Meeting room with an adjacent small kitchen and single restroom. Includes audio system and TV on a cart.
- B (30) Coffee shop style lounge with hi-top tables.
- C (30) This space is ideal for a lounge or breakout space. It includes sofas and has A/V capabilities.

Ackerman Meeting

Ackerman Lodge is not only a great lodging facility, but it also houses its own meeting space for up to 80 guests. The room features a kitchenette with serving window, mounted TV and restrooms.

In addition to meals, the Dining Room can be used as a meeting space. A partition can split the dining room so that half of it can be a meeting space for 250 people. The other half can still serve for dining.
